"We have a beautiful new deck, stairs, and railing! Our main goal was to replace the rotting deck, but we got so much more than that. Signature Builds was always responsible, timely, and professional. Quality work as well as a pleasurable experience. We will undoubtedly use them again, and that's about the highest compliment we can give anybody!"

"My living room was in desperate need of a makeover, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Drew and his team were great to work with, and their craftsmanship is top notch. They removed an old brick façade and built a gorgeous tiled fireplace with a mantle, cabinets, shelves, lighting, the works. I appreciate that Drew listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions too. They really paid attention to details, with everything level, square, straight and true (and I’m picky about that kind of thing!).
I was so pleased with their work, I gave them my home inspection report, and they did foundation and structural work too. Next up with Signature Builds, the kitchen and bathrooms!"

"We had the pleasure of working with Drew Evans of Signature Builds on the construction of six spa cabanas for the La Bahia Hotel & Spa in Santa Cruz, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
From start to finish he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our tight timeline, despite the limited notice we were able to provide. He was also very flexible in coordinating his work around our spa’s operating hours, which made a potentially challenging schedule run smoothly.
The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional – each cabana is beautifully built with great attention to detail. The final product reflects a high level of skill and professionalism.
We would highly recommend Drew and look forward to working together again in the future."
